RTD on McEachin: "He is Right"

When it comes to redistricting, the conservative Richmond Times Dispatch admits that McEachin is right:

The state Senate and the House of Delegates have approved competing maps for congressional redistricting. Compromise has not occurred. Sen. Donald McEachin says, "The courts probably will decide" the question. The Henrico Democrat probably is right.
